Our Beauregard Book of the Week for October 16, 2013 is Inferno by Dan Brown
Dan Brown brings us another thrilling adventure with Professor Robert Langdon. This time the hero of Brown’s previous books, The Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons, and The Lost Symbol, must solve a complicated mystery using Dante’s epic poem “The Inferno” in order to save the world from a possible catastrophic plague.
The author’s characteristic in-depth research and historical background make this a fascinating read. It also makes the reader think about serious issues such as massive over-population and biological terrorism. Combined with plenty of action and a few incredible surprises, this book will keep readers on the edge of their seats.
