This survey is for any parent, guardian, or caregiver raising children in their home. The survey is available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese so we can reach as many parent and caregiver voices as possible.
Your responses will be kept confidential and you can answer the survey without giving your name. The survey is being conducted by the Louisiana Policy Institute for Children, Louisiana Department of Education, and Agenda for Children, who partnered to create and distribute this survey to learn about the child care arrangements of Louisiana families with children under the age of 5.
