DeAuntrae Mayes of the CSE Credit Union presents: An Introduction to Credit.
Teens! I’m sure you’ve heard your parents and other adults speak about credit and, while you may not know the depth of the term, choices you make now can influence a multitude of your future decisions, including buying a car and applying for a home loan.
Come to the DeRidder Branch on Tuesday, September 19th at 4 PM to learn all about credit, including:
- What is it?
- Why is it important?
- How do I build credit?
- How can I protect myself against bad credit decisions?
This is crucial knowledge for teens as they begin to prepare to enter adulthood, and we’re here to help them learn how to build good credit now, before they make any dangerous decisions.
