Find It Friday-The Library Board of Control
The Library Board of Control is charged with working with the library administration to develop policy and procedures. This hard working group of concerned citizens meets quarterly to oversee the library's finances, manage major projects such as the new East Beauregard Branch opening soon, and otherwise keep things on track.
You can find out more about the Board on its page . You'll also find the Board minutes archive linked there, where you can dig up more about what goes on. Also, other than special circumstances, all board meetings are open to the public, so patrons can easily make their voices heard. Watch the library home page for announcements of the next meeting - usually the first Wednesday of February, May, August, and November. The page can be also found by clicking the Library Info button right under the library's logo on any of the library website's pages.
