Patrons can schedule appointments online here or by calling 337-463-6217 or in-person by asking a library clerk. Appointments are set at 45-minute intervals. No consecutive appointments for 1 person.

Available at HomeworkLA.Org, HomeworkLouisiana offers FREE online tutoring and academic resources from Tutor.com for Louisiana residents from kindergarten students through adult learners. Get help in math, science, social studies or English from a live tutor. The services can be accessed from a Louisiana public library, from your home computer or from your mobile device.
Receive one-to-one, real-time assistance with your job search. Online tutors are available to help navigate online job sites, complete applications, write/review resumes and cover letters and even practice for an interview.
Homework Louisiana is available Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The site operates by geolocation, meaning most of the time people will not have to use their library cards to access the services. Tutoring is available on this website in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.
Beauregard Parish Library pays for additional services from Tutor.com that are not part of HomeworkLouisiana. One of the best things about Tutor.com is that it can be accessed 24/7 no matter when questions arise. Because this is a service specific to Beauregard Parish Library, users will have to type their library cards to gain access.
Available through Louisiana Library Connection Databases, Learning Express is a web-based learning solution that provides patrons, from elementary students to adult learners, with instant access to the most comprehensive collection of test preparation tools, skill-building materials, and career resources available. Users will have access to over 1,000 online practice tests and interactive skill-building tutorials are available, along with more than 200 eBook titles-all developed by expert academic and industry professionals.
One of the best parts of Learning Express is that multiple users can use the same information at the same time, including the practice books about standardized testing. Even if a test study guide is checked out from the physical library it is always available 24/7 through Learning Express.
Please note that users must create a personal account to use Learning Express. Services are still free, but it helps keep track of personal progress.
